Exquisite vintage handmade tiara.
Scalloped ruffle crown shape on top of a wire headband, covered in cream tulle, lace embellished with pearls and iridescent clear sequins, tiny pearl beaded trim, champagne toned pearl rings or hoops, and a single faceted glass button set in silver at the middle of the crown.
The tulle covering the headband base is a tan color. Band has flexibility.
Overall very good condition for its age. There are visible stitches connecting the lace to the tulle on the back of the headpiece. Some of the tulle around the edges is a little fuzzy, but mostly on the back. Estimated mid 20th century era.
Would love to see this with a veil!
