This is a vintage 1995 Quarterflash brand made in the USA in Dearborn MI. Shirt appears too be in overall very good condition. No holes or stains I've noticed. It is a cotton Polyester blend material. On the front is a really cute funny print. It is 10 1/2 reasons to become a nurse. If you have trouble reading the picture please let me know. It is quite funny. No cracking or wear to the print on the front. It is 28" from shoulder to bottom and from underarm to underarm is 23.5". Neil Kleimans Quaterflash is on the size tag.
