This skirt has been altered. 21.5 inch length, 13.5 inch waist unstretched. It has been worn and washed. There are a few little spots that may come out with spot treatment or dry cleaning. Please see picture.
There is elastic in the back and a back zipper. It's lined and has pockets! This skirt is nice and full even without a crinoline. Still beautiful and the balloon and castle print is vibrant! Perfect for the upcoming D23 convention!
