Upon selling…this calendar will be videotaped before, during and after being carefully packed in box it will be mailed in along with the box being sealed, addressed and delivered to post office. This is to guarantee buyer will receive item exactly as it is pictured and described in this listing. I do not expect buyer to want to return this calendar for any reason but if buyer does I will not authorize refund if item is not returned to me in EXACT same factory sealed unopened packaging and never used condition.I will also not authorize refund if this calendar is returned to me with the packaging and/or calendar having been damaged or soiled or smells of tobacco or other kind of smoke scent or shows signs of being in a pet or animal environment.
