Painting is preowned. There is no fading or chipping to the paint. Colors are bright. There are areas of thick paint that create textures in this painting. The painting itself is 9 in x 10 in, mounted on the frame, it is 11 in x 12 in. I believe the artist signature is Loeb, but it is difficult to discern.
