ITEM: The Bettina tiered shirt dress in Green stripe. I'm sure this dress was mis-tagged at the factory level. Both the tags say 1X, but there's no way. I compared measurements to other Bettina's I'm selling and this lines up with the XXS/XS. The XS of another dress is 18" across the chest and this one is slightly smaller. I'm guessing the size is XXS or XS - but the best way to tell is to compare the measurements in the pictures to something of your own
