This is a rarer/older Milklim piece! I bought this over a decade ago, from a seller in Japan. Its in good condition, not missing any of the beads. Honestly deserves to be worn by someone still into Fairy-kei and not sit in my closet!
Unstretched waist is 26", it stretches a considerable amount! Would fit 30" for sure. Truly mini in length, I used to wear over leggings.
