The Makita XGT® 2.5 Amp-hour Lithium-Ion battery delivers digital communication between the tool and battery for optimum performance. It features heavy duty cell casing and short circuit prevention structure to provide improved impact resistance and protects terminals from dust and moisture. This 40 Volt max battery has a ventilation system that enhances the battery life. This battery has 3-layer moisture protection that protects cells from water ingress. It is compatible with DC40RA rapid charger. The battery in combination with DC40RA fast charger gets fully charged in just 28 min.
