Kitaro Tanjou: Gegege no Nazo (Kitaro's Birth: The Mystery of Gegege)

Kitaro and Medama Oyaji step into the ruins of the former Nakurakura Village. Medama Oyaji remembers the events that occurred in this village 70 years ago. About his encounter with that man, and the fate they faced... In 1956, Nakurakura Village was controlled by the Ryuga family, who secretly controlled Japan's political and financial circles. Mizuki, who works at a blood bank, carries ambition and a secret mission under the guise of mourning the death of the head of the family, Tokisada. Kitaro's father also enters the village to search for his wife. Within the Ryuga family, a hideous struggle begins over Tokisada's successor. Meanwhile, one of the family members is brutally murdered at the village shrine. That was the true beginning of a terrifying chain of bizarre events. The encounter and fate of Kitaro's father and the others, what they saw in the face of overwhelming despair...
