This was a promotional item from Summit Entertainment I picked up at E3 in 2017-ish.

Comes with 4 coins and the Blood Oath Marker that opens up. Its all some sort of metal, not 100% sure what but its heavier than it looks. Box is old and beat up but coins are still in plastic wrap.
