This is likely a Issey Miyake pullover shirt from the Spring/Summer 1991 collection.
It features a unique neckline design, allowing it to be worn in various ways: buttoned up like a chef shirt, or unbuttoned with the fabric tucked in for a draped look. I personally wore it in the latter style, as shown in the photos. I am 172cm tall and of a slender build.
I believe it's technically a women's piece, but I think it looks great on men, so I'm listing it as such. The sleeves are a bit short, but I didn't mind, as it allowed me to show off accessories or watches, or I could simply roll them up.
