I Drink Your Blood (1971) is a grindhouse horror shocker that follows a group of satanic hippies who descend on a small town and terrorize its residents. After they attack a local girl, her younger brother exacts revenge by injecting rabies-infected blood into meat pies the cult eagerly consumes. What follows is a violent, hallucinatory descent into madness as the rabid cultists go on a bloody rampage. Written and directed by David E. Durston, the film became infamous for its mix of gore, psychedelia, and counterculture paranoia, and was one of the first movies to receive an X rating solely for violence.
