Up for sale is a very large antique 19th century brass and glass inkwell jar. This nice quality inkwell is made out of extremely thick clear glass with a great ribbed silhouette. It is mounted with a large brass dome lid that features an elaborate checkered pattern. The lid hinges broke at some point so the lid was glued on at some point. It's in good condition, is a heavy piece, and measures 3 1/2 inches tall by 2 1/2 inches long by 2 1/2 inches wide.
