The problem with buying these NOS unused in box is that the space shuttle came with double a batteries that always leak when they are left in storage. The batteries were already in the toy when it was sold in 1999. So if you are buying one that's mint in the Box almost guaranteed it's not going to work properly or you're going to have to clean out the battery compartment. I have gone to the trouble of already doing that with the ones that I am selling now. I test them with new batteries and make sure that they work and I thoroughly clean out the battery compartment. Batteries are not included.
