Greg Darnall Sterling Silver Black Steel 12 Point Klapper Neck Spurs 1 inch Band

This is a pair of new black steel Sterling Silver Overlay
Western 1 inch wide band Klapper Neck spurs made by Greg Darnall. The spurs feature engraved silver overlay bands on the 2-1/2 inch long shanks and buttons and have 1-1/4 inch diameter twelve point rowels. The close up photos of the outside back of the left spur shows they are marked with the maker's mark GD. The size of the spurs is 6 inches total length with 1-1/8 inch wide bands and inside measurements 3-1/2 inches wide by 3-1/2 inches long.

For nearly a half century, master silversmith and metal working artisan Greg Darnall has shaped the equine world’s view of bits and spurs and how they are best used in the quest for better horsemanship. While focusing solely on creating custom bits and spurs since 2009, many of Greg’s earliest bits are still in service today. These spurs are from Greg's Production Line of bits and spurs which are manufactured overseas.
