This dress has been altered professionally but there was a miscommunication/it wasn’t done as well as I expected from her reviews. I asked for a ruffle at the bottom and for the waist to be taken in slightly. I do not feel that it fits any differently than before. This dress was NWT when I had it altered and I never wore it after. Washed once in free and clear and hung to dry. Trying to recoup some of the money I spent on it.
