Boston Celtics and Phoenix Suns star Charlie Scott signed 16x20. Scott won an Olympic Gold medal for Team USA during the 1968 Summer games. Charlie Scott was the first black scholarship athlete for the University of North Carolina where he was a two time All American and three time ACC selection leading UNC to the Final 4 in 1968 & 1969.
