A beautiful matched pair of antique English pottery jugs by Forest Green Pottery, dating to the late Victorian / Edwardian period (circa 1890–1910). Finished in a rich green-to-brown ombré glaze with elegant gilded rims, these jugs feature a stylised Art Nouveau leaf-form lip and graceful swept handles. Both examples retain their original stamped bases marked “No 2 / Forest G”. Condition is very good for age, with no cracks or repairs and only light age-related wear to the gilt rims. A striking decorative pair, perfect for period interiors, collectors of English art pottery, or Art Nouveau displays.
