2 antique J. & G. Meakin Hanley (England) white Ironstone China platters/trays. Both have some manufacturing imperfections, as well as signs of use such as cutlery marks. The smaller one (in front) measures about 14 1/2" wide x 10 1/4" long x 1 1/2" high. The larger one measures about 17 5/8" wide x 12 1/2" long x 2" high. The larger one has a small chip along the rim, as well as a couple of dark spots (from manufacturing and age). They both have the J. & G. Meakin Hanley England markings that date these sometime between 1890 and 1907. They also have incised numbers on the bottom - the smaller one has a 24 and an 85, while the larger one has a 15 and an 84.
